Tom Clive
Head of Communications
Tom Clive graduated from the University of Exeter with a BA in English Literature in 2007. Since leaving university, Tom has worked in a number of integrated communications roles both in agency and in-house. Tom specializes in crisis and reputation management, corporate communications, media relations and internal communications.
Prior to joining Monte Rosa Capital in 2024, Tom was Head of Corporate Communications at Navico Group (part of Brunswick Corporation) the world's largest marine company.
