Hugo started his career at McKinsey where he worked for 13 years and ended as a senior partner in 2003.
After McKinsey, Hugo joined as partner at Altor and started the office in Norway, where he was responsible for investments in, among other things; Lindorff, Helly Hansen, Rossignol, Dale of Norway, EWOS and Odlo.
Hugo also holds a number of board positions in addition to being chairman of XXL, SATS, D-Fetch, and Odlo.
