Monte Rosa Capital was founded by Hugo Maurstad early in 2020, an investment company with the goal of developing and operationally improving authentic brands with solid histories and with high potential. The firm has a particular focus on exciting businesses within sport, leisure and health. 

Monte Rosa Capital is focused on investing in and developing mid-sized companies either through accelerated growth or through turning underperforming businesses into healthy ones.
